Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any fabrics that are under 15 metres. We offer the option of ordering samples so you can see the fabric before you place an order.

Any other refunds not covered by the above will be given solely at the discretion of the Company, and a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply. Refunds can take up 5 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that goods are returned adequately packed. The customer will be liable for all return costs unless the goods are faulty. No returns will be accepted if goods have had headings pulled or adjusted in any way.
